Are our products vegan?

Yes! Our products do not contain any animal ingredients.

Are our products not tested on animals?

Animal testing has been banned in the EU since 2013.Of course, our products are not tested on animals either.

Why don't our products contain fragrances?

Since perfumes often irritate the skin and lead to allergic reactions, we do not use fragrances 100%.

Can our biomembrane masks also be used on sensitive skin?

Our biomembrane masks are very well tolerated thanks to their high-quality and pure ingredients.Because we at 48grams don't use fragrances, preservatives or chemicals, our products are perfect for all skin types.

Is the biomembrane mask biodegradable?

Yes! Since our biomembrane masks are 100% natural, you can even dispose of them in the organic waste bin.

How did the name 48grams come about?

As soon as we held our very first draft of the biomembrane mask in our hands, we knew that we had created something very special.At that moment, we decided that we wanted to make the unique feature - the heaviness of our masks - the name of this brand.

Are we climate positive?

The environment is very important to us at 48grams, which is why we are not only climate-neutral, but also climate-positive.This means that we work every day to reduce the proportion of greenhouse gases back to an environmentally friendly level in the long term.

We send you our products to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Where is my order?

I entered an incorrect address.Now what?

Please contact us at support@48grams.com, or via our contact form and let us know what we should fix or add.In most cases, our system recognizes that an address is incorrect and does not send it out anyway.So we would have contacted you soon anyway if you had a missing house number or postal code with transposed digits.If your order is already on its way to you and cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and we will get in touch with you.We'll be happy to send them off again.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

If you order from Germany, it will take 2-4 days for your order to reach you.Shipping to Austria takes 3-5 days.Due to the current Corona situation, however, there may be slight deviations in terms of delivery times.

How much is shipping?

Inland shipping (Germany) costs 3.50€ and is available from a goods value of 50.00€ free.The shipping costs for deliveries to Austria are 9.€50
