Shipping conditions
Delivery is made to the following countries: Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Shipping costs in Germany (including statutory VAT)
- up to CHF 49.99: CHF 3.50 shipping costs
- From an order value of CHF 50 we deliver free of charge
Shipping costs to Austria, Switzerland (including statutory VAT)
- CHF 9.50 shipping costs
Delivery times
Currently, our domestic delivery times (Germany) are approx. 2 - 4 working days after receipt of order, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 5 working days after receipt of order (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
